Hoe kom je tevoorschijn? Eerder krachtig? Of eerder gelaten? Een kort moment van zelfreflectie en bewustwording helpt hierbij.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ben ik 100% aanwezig en gefocust of niet?<\/li>\n<li>Welke taal en toon spreek ik? (vb. agressief- oordelend- krachtig-manipulatief- verward)<\/li>\n<li>Wat moet ik veranderen om volledig gefocust te zijn?<\/li>\n<li>Wat is mijn doelstelling van mijn gesprek?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als je niet gefocust en krachtig bent, is het onmogelijk om <strong>topresultaten<\/strong> te boeken.\u00a0 Ongetwijfeld hebben jullie al de ervaring gehad dat iemand tijdens een gesprek niet helemaal mentaal aanwezig was. Dit leidt tot (onderhuidse) irritatie of gelatenheid bij de andere(n) waardoor de totale ervaring en resultaat van het gesprek niet optimaal is. Een gemiste kans en verspilling van tijd en middelen dus.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tip<\/strong>: <strong>Verbinding<\/strong>\u00a0 maken met jezelf, een krachtige \u201cState of being\u201d cre\u00ebren is essentieel als <strong>leider<\/strong>. Dan pas kan je anderen empoweren. Vaak oordelen we over mensen of situaties en ervaren we sterke \u201c<strong>likes<\/strong>\u201d en\/of \u201c<strong>dislikes<\/strong>\u201d. Op social media komt dat sterk tot uiting. Het is gemakkelijk om<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>etiketten<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>op mensen te kleven. Daarentegen kost het veel moeite om etiketten te verwijderen. Waar komt dat oordeel vandaan? Is het gebaseerd op een overtuiging, eigen mening, ons ego of vroegere ervaringen? Of is het eerder iets dat we hebben meegekregen tijdens een opleiding, media of iemand anders overtuiging?<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer we luisteren, oordelen we vaak door deze<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>ingebakken overtuigingen<\/strong>.\u00a0 Hierdoor horen en zien we de dingen met een<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>filter<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>op. Net zoals de UV filter in je zonnebril de kleuren vervormt,\u00a0 zien we met een filter de werkelijkheid niet.\u00a0 We maken als het ware ons<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>eigen verhaal<\/strong>.\u00a0 Sommige mensen nemen hun eigen verhaal als de absolute<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>waarheid<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>aan.\u00a0 Wanneer anderen iets totaal anders zien, haken ze vaak af. Dit geldt ook op de werkvloer. De waarheid is vaak een combinatie van verschillende factoren en meningen. Daarom is het een uitdaging om teams of cross-functionele project teams optimaal te laten functioneren. Iedereen levert waarde in de organisatie. Samen leveren we<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>inzichten<\/strong>, elk vanuit ons eigen oogpunt of vanuit de rol die we opnemen in een organisatie. Bij het stellen van open vragen laat je jezelf en mensen diep nadenken zodat je een zinvol antwoord krijgt. Je kan het lek wel herstellen maar als er geen duidelijke oorzaak is gevonden behandelen we enkel de symptomen.<\/p>\n<p>Als er in een bedrijf geen duidelijke procedures\u00a0 en<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>verantwoordelijkheden<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>zijn bepaald, gecommuniceerd en opgevolgd, of mensen nemen hun<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>leiderschap<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>niet op, krijg je vroeg of laat hetzelfde probleem op je bord. Je wil toch ook dat de andere empathie voor jou toont? Elke mens heeft behoeften zoals fysieke behoeften, veiligheid, erkenning, verbinding, zelfexpressie of erbij willen horen. \u00a0(cfr. De 5 niveau\u2019s van de piramide van Maslov)<\/p>\n<p>Vaak plaatsen we ook mensen in hokjes.\u00a0 Wanneer we iemand ontmoeten die anders is, zijn we geneigd\u00a0 om<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>bewust<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>of<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>onbewust<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>een etiket op die bepaalde persoon te kleven. vb sales mensen zijn extravert,\u00a0\u00a0 IT mensen zijn introvert. enz.\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Een andere valkuil is dat elk departement zijn eigen cultuur en vaktaal heeft. Vaak begrijpen we de andere dan niet. Inkoop spreekt o.a.over kostenreductie, en spend analyse. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/2hum.com\/marketing\/\">Marketing<\/a><\/span> o.a. over marketing aanbod en lead generation. Wil je echt samenwerken en tot uitmuntende resultaten te komen dan is het belangrijk om je te verplaatsen in de rol van de andere en ook haar of zijn taal begrijpt en<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>empathie<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>toont voor de echte noden van elkaar en de organisatie. Vaak zien we de blinde vlekken van onszelf en onze organisatie niet. Je kan blinde vlekken niet zelf<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>oplossen<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>omdat je ze niet ziet, daarom noemen ze het net blinde vlekken.<\/p>\n<p>Wat gebeurt er als je deze blinde vlekken niet zichtbaar krijgt? Je blijft je afvragen: Wat gaat er mis? Waarom loopt de samenwerking stroef? Door naar elkaar te<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>luisteren<\/strong>,<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>feedback<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>geven\/vragen en elkaar te empoweren, maak je de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>blinde vlekken<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>zichtbaar<\/strong>. Dan pas kan je effectief handelen en het transformatieproces verder in gang zetten. Om deze reden is het ook belangrijk managers en teams te begeleiden om die blinde vlekken zichtbaar te maken. In de organisatie van de toekomst zullen leiders nog meer hun soft skills dienen te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p>Hiervoor dienen ze ook hun coaching skills verder te ontwikkelen. Hier een praktisch voorbeeld van blinde vlekken zichtbaar maken.\u00a0 We stellen een maandelijks ICT onderhoudscontract in vraag. Het contract betreft het onderhoud van een oud ERP pakket dat sporadisch wordt gebruikt om oude data op te halen.\u00a0 Hiervoor is het nodig om de volledige service in kaart te brengen naast de behoefte van de business en de gebruiker.<\/p>\n<p>Tip: Enkele nuttige vragen waren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Waarom is dit nodig?
